The staff which were very sympathic and helpful. We asked to change rooms to have a bathroom and the lady at the reception has been very nice. We were very pleased about the room and its services.
It was a bit hard to climb all the way to the hotel. The location is absolutely marvellous but at the end of our stay it was annoying to do so much exercise just to get to our hotel. The breakfast was not exceptionnal and we were a bit disappointed.
