Managers´and cooks´strict eye watches the highest quality of czech and international cuisine. This is all happening in surroundings evoking idylic feelings typical for beginning of the 20th century.

In its basement, Hotel „U Staré paní“ plays host to one of the most popular jazz clubs in Prague- „Jazz Club U Staré Paní“. Anyone can visit live concerts, but only hotel guests are guaranteed to enter for free. Every night extraordinary musicians come to this club to entertain you in its cozy interiors.

Welceslas Square- the centre of Prague full of shops, restaurants and clubs (entertainment centres). You can also visit National Museum, which is situated at the upper end of the square- close to the State Opera (approx. 5 min. by walk). There is Havelske Square (Havelské náměstí) in the neighbourhood of the hotel (1 min. by walk), where the famous market with various commodities like paintings, pieces of art but also fresh grocery is being held.
