large room and quiet hotel, well situated in the town
First night there was an electricity cut as it's was frozen outside. The lobby was completely frozen until late, even the other days because of the door opened many times by customers. The staff was wearing always coat..... and it was not very pleasant to stay beside at the bar.....

I liked the hotel very nice and the room as well was very clean.
Yes , the girl in the reception with short blond hair [Unfortunately i don't remember her name] was extremely extremely agressive and not helpful at all. She was talking always in a very rude way. She gave a very bad impression about the staff.

Hotel má skvělou polohu, která není na úkor pohodlí.
Prostor pro parkování vozidel a následný vstup do hotelu přes sklep.

Ze nikam nie je daleko,je tam cisto a krasne vybavenie.Milý personal,len problem že je hotel v Cechach a clovek sa v nom cesky nedohovorí.
No niečo by sa našlo,to co pomenovali fittnes tak asi len koli tomu aby splnali kriteria pre 4 hviezdicky.Vjazd do garaže tiež nie je najidealnejší ani nie vjazdom,ale postavíte sa pred branu tak aby ste nezavadzali autam ktore prechadzaju okolo vas v uzkej ulicke,no stojite tak blizko brany ze vas zaznamenava cidlo prejazdove a nevedia vam z vnutra otvorit branu.No kým na to pridete co je za problem stojite tam vonku asi tri stvrte hod,lebo recepcna je tam sama a nema vam kto prist povedat aby ste sa posunuli o 5 cm.Inak je tam krasne

vynikající poloha hotelu, možnost parkování přímo v hotelu, hotel je celý příjemně provoněný, což obzvláště jako žena velmi oceňuji
ne možná snad zlepšit práci či profesionalitu recepčních
