The largest park “Stromovka” can be reached in a few minutes walking from our Residence 4 and can offer you different kinds of sport activities like rollerblading, cycling, walking around the river Vltava or morning jogging for pleasure.
Thanks to the strategic position of our Residence 4 you can reach historical centre of the city in only 10 minutes by pleasant walk, there you can admire the historical treasures of the Old Prague like Prague Castle, Oldtown square, the quarter Hebrew or you can also visit commercial part of Prague to spend some time shopping, clubbing, dinning out choosing any of our typical Czech restaurants in the centre of the Prague.
Our Residence is composed of 20 apartments, their size ranges from 45m2 to 80m2. They are devided into apartments DBL, TRL, apartments for 4, 5, 6 persons exposed on seven floors. Upon your request also additional beds can be supplied. Total capacity of our Residence is more than 100 beds.
In the depandance you can also find a spacious and bright breakfast hall illuminated by the sun during the day where the abundant breakfast(swedish tables) with an excellent selection of italian coffee and other fresh beverages is served every morning from 7,30 a.m. till 10,30 a.m.
Hall can be used for other purposes like meetings, seminars, classes and other events.
