Reception very helpful in advice and booking taxi etc
One of our party a lone female was placed away from us and felt quite isolated as it is eerily quiet and dark in the hotel. Plus we did not realise the reception was set back off the road down a shopping mall whcih could be made clearer.

The location is great and the staff are very helpful. The only negative would be the pigeons out side making noise in the morning as the windows were open, otherwise all is good.
We had a bath in our room and the shower was a hand held, this is difficult to use when you want to wash your hair. A mounted shower head would be prefered. Wi-Fi in the rooms would be good.

The room was very nice, spacious and clean with good facilities in the room.

Very central location, with excellent transport connections, yet really comfortable and lacking the usual city bustle and noise. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would gladly choose this hotel for my next visit to Prague.
